I can send messages, but it seems there are limits on the number you can send, possibly with rate limits applied every hour. I called to complain about this and they said they would get back to me, never heard from them. They mentioned they would get back to me after passing me around a few times. It seems like no one knows what the issue is, but they're more than happy to take your money. Additionally, ping is disabled on most of these systems for security purposes.
