They did the same thing to me. 18 years with sprint and now I’m having all kinds of issues. Over billing being one. If they can find something to exploit to get a few extra bucks they definitely will. They shut my service off one day after it was due so that I would have to pay reconnection fees on all lines. There’s a class action suit under way and I’m thinking about joining it. There’sy really don’t care about losing customers they’d rather make a few extra bucks than to keep life long customers thus constant bucks. They actually lose money. I’ve just about had it with them. Don’t add any services because I did and my bill went up almost $300 for internet that cost $50. It’s a total scam.243Views0likes0Comments
