I DESERVE BETTER!!!!
If I wanted horrible service and to ever have anyone answer my calls when I needed help I could have stayed with Verizon. Almost 2 full hours and not one human has picked up the call. Just holding. No matter what number I call no one answers. It's shameful that I pay every month to be ignored and to have my time wasted with no apologies or even a hint of remorse. Are you that under staffed? Claiming to be all about your customers and then never bothering to answer calls is disgraceful.89Views0likes2Comments
