I DESERVE BETTER!!!!
If I wanted horrible service and to ever have anyone answer my calls when I needed help I could have stayed with Verizon. Almost 2 full hours and not one human has picked up the call. Just holding. No matter what number I call no one answers. It's shameful that I pay every month to be ignored and to have my time wasted with no apologies or even a hint of remorse. Are you that under staffed? Claiming to be all about your customers and then never bothering to answer calls is disgraceful.

I don't call Tmobile support much, the last time I called was last month, I was connected to my team of experts, told him I would like to cancel my sync up tracker, he canceled the service and it only took 5 minutes.
It must be a hit or miss.
