poor customer service
Today, i have experienced the worst customer service i ever had in my 16 years relationship with tmobile. while traveling oversees i called to request to unlock my phone only to find out that i can’t because my phone still has few months left to pay although i do have 4 lines with them and i have unlocked it before within one month of purchasing a new phone without issue since i travel a lot. so i decided to pay off the phone only that they applied the payment on the wrong phone and now i have to wait until they process my refund and then ask me to pay for the right phone before they can unlock it. lastly i found out the Iphone the representative paid by mistake had only 10 installment left of $17 each which makes it $170 however they charged me $383.60. I am still waiting on refund and my phone is still locked. T-mobile shame on you and this is not acceptable. I am still waiting on customer service to call me back and process the refund. you will lose many customers if this is how you treat your loyal customers.104Views0likes1Comment
