I called yet again and was told it was due to the global technology outage and then she said it was a security thing that they did. They don’t want the pin number to be the same as the last 4 digits of the phone number. I finally went through the exercise of resetting everything and I only had to change the pin/password, my message was still there. So all good. Is it to do with the global tech outage? I am concerned that we have not had a message from T-mobile about the problem. I am waiting until the tech thing is sorted out before I start messing with my voicemail. When I call my number from another phone, my outgoing message is still there, that is what makes me think it is a glitch and something to do with the outage.172Views5likes0Comments
