Phone line set up with no network
I am trying to switch phone carriers to T-Mobile but currently out to sea and don’t have access to a cell phone reception until I pull into port in another country. Would I be able to set up my phone line without a cell connection? Or be able to set up my phone line on a cell connection in another country?Solved189Views0likes6Comments
