Web pages not always loading but internet connected
I have been dealing with this issue over six months and I'm completely fed up! I have reached out to T-Mobile multiple times and tried every troubleshoot possible. This issue is only on my T-Mobile business internet. Before I had a different box and T-Mobile on a personal account and had no issues. I have no issues connecting to anyone else's internet. I can use hotspot from my phone and have no issues. SOME web pages do completely load and others don't. It will give me an error that it timed out trying to connect and for me to check my internet connection. I cant load the simple T-mobile webpage! I cant get to a school website or bank website. I can go to google. Probably cant continue to any web page i chose. I can access Facebook. I have switched boxes multiple times, trouble shoot, escalated through T-Mobile, went in the store, i have also been told that the type of internet account i have with T-Mobile blocks my websites, then I was told by other T-Mobile employees that's not true. I was told to go in the store since I signed up there and have them put me on another plan and box but they wont because they dont believe tech support. I dont entirely know if this would help either but its a lot of back and forth and no answer. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue and actually fixed it. I have done all the simple troubleshooting for sure and more extensive. I am at the point to switch internet providers. Anyone have any real answers?81Views0likes0Comments
