I have a Magic Jack device that worked fine on a DSL modem / wifi router. After switching to Tmobile Home internet with a mesh router, the Magic Jack device gets dial tone and makes calls OK, but it does not send key press (DTMF) tones properly like when you call for support and the voice prompter says "press 1 for billing, press 2 for technical support" I verified the tone being sent is the same, no matter which buttons are being presses. Any tips to fix the tones sent through Tmobile Home Interned with the mesh router ?210Views0likes0Comments
