I have a phone that I bought from Sprint before the merger. I have been told on a number of occasion that the device has been unlocked on T-mobiles' end. When I attempt to actually UICC unlock the device, it does not work. I am not certain that it can be unlocked as the network it was provisioned on, no longer exists. T-mobile is sort of backing me into a corner in which this does not get resolved and my only freedom of maneuver is to file a grievance with my state's corporate fraud division, filing a formal complaint to the FCC and the immediate cessation of my 15 year relationship with Sprint-tmobile.694Views0likes0Comments
