I have tried to do this as well and I do not believe it is possible with the T-Mobile Home Internet Modem/Router. Apparently T-Mo blocks all inbound initiated connections completely. If you find a way to make it work please post it here.

This is interesting to me- I hadn’t considered the possibility. Please LMK if it works. Might be too hard for me but I’d still love to know that there might be a way to get full internet functionality back while staying with tmobile.

I found many of my T-Mobile home internet problems were solved when I installed my own Wi-Fi router instead of using the one that is built into the box. just plug it into the yellow plug on the back.
