So we finally came to a solution, T-mobile fixed the problem and answered the questions I asked. I find the support via Twitter to be quite satisfactory, even if sometimes the wait for a reply is longer. But when I compare the support of T-mobile on Facebook and Twitter, Twitter clearly wins.
