I don’t think I ever remember getting 4 bars. It hovers between 2 and 3. But mainly 3. I left AT&T because it got so expensive and T-mobile was getting good reviews. Now I think it must have been hype. I don't know what is going on but I hope there is a fix. Even if AT&T is expensive their service is reliable. I honestly thought all companies were equal.
