My son has the same issue! Just bought and tried the ethernet cable and it didn’t work. I have an extender with the 2.4 & 5 ghz and had him sign on separately. Only thing that works is his hot spot on his iPhone. Glad I landed here just on a google search, so I know we aren’t the only one with this issue, specifically with T Mobile.2.6KViews1like0Comments
