I am on the 100gb data access point plan. I had unlimited one hour sessions. It was an American flight CMH-DCA DCA-CMH. Maybe it was the type of flight. The boarding pass has wifi set to no on. Just baffling.

When I travel I used to be able to use T-mobile in flight. I used it many times on flights. Now it says my plan is ineligible. I have changed nothing.

Missing T-Mobile In-Flight Connection. My T-Mobile In-Flight Connection worked. I used it many times. Now it doesn’t. Can you help? I was took for Wifi. I made no changes to my account, and now it says its ineligible.

T-Mobile International Data Pass Button
What happened to my International Data Pass Button? I travel outside the states, and my data pass button is gone on the web, and the app. You have to call in, and buy it. I don’t think they are enabling the data pass. It has always worked. Every time I have bought it off the web. Can someone give me my button so I can buy it? Not the Telepro call center.
