Why does Tmobile customer service stink so bad?
In every facet. Phone, home internet, and the money card. I’ve been a customer for 3 years. No major issues until a month ago. Now it’s like T-Mobile hates me. I’m disabled. My home internet router went out. To return it will cost me $80 in rideshare fees. Does T-Mobile care? Not one bit. Nevermind I have to take from my food budget to do so. I’ve been lied to. Hung up on. Just flat out ignored. I opened a chat with T-Mobile money card support 12 hours ago and haven’t received a single response. The new router I was sent has locked me out of the admin options. Needs an admin password and the one that is its default password will not work. T-Mobile says reset it. Again. To do so means my security cameras which are already mounted to my house must be reinstalled. T-Mobile wants a disabled person to risk injury to do so because they have no clue what they are doing. I’ve learned the hard way that T-Mobile HATES disabled people. I spent over two hours on the phone with support for 6 days in a row and still have not had my internet issues resolved. T-Mobile customer support is hit and miss. Mostly miss with rude lying agents. One had me so stressed I started having chest pains. I told her and asked her to hurry. It took her over 30 minutes longer at that point to complete the task I needed. All I wanted was a shipping label sent to my email address. She was purposely trying to kill me. I let T-Mobile know on many subsequent calls what happened. I got a $25 credit for Ethernet cable I have no interest in buying. That’s what my life is worth to T-Mobile. $25 credit. Oh and that agent first tried to lie and say that they couldn’t send a label to my email. I know it’s a lie, because the day before they did so for the defective router. This was for the new one because I was fed up at that point. I let a nice agent talk me into staying, but after the money card chat that has still been ignored, I’m DONE. I am going to have a sign made for my yard, and a shirt made to wear when I do get to go to town, that says to STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE. If this is how they treat disabled people, I can’t imagine how you able body people feel. There’s a reason why T-Mobile is number 3 and why they will always stay number 3 behind their competitors….poor abysmal customer service.105Views0likes0Comments
