Can't get copies of bills to download
I switched to autopay and electronic billing for business account. Since then, I have been unable to download copy of bill for several months. I made 3 calls to support- 2 promised I would have copies in 24-48 hours in my email but never showed up. The third time I was cut off. I have to allocate these costs to various grants and contracts and need to have the actual bill not just a summary of the total charges in an email. The website page does not load regardless of browser I use-I have cleaned the cache and checked cookie settings. I have now cancelled the autopay and electronic billing and I am about to change providers if this isn’t rectified soon. We have been with t-mobile since 2015, and have my personal account with them as well-the customer service is not helpful, and only say that the problem is being worked on. I find it hard to believe that a telecommunications company can’t figure out how to fix their website.440Views2likes1Comment
