When we signed up for a 55+ account 6.5 years ago, we were promised that the rate would never increase. I called customer service and they alternated between “we never promised that” and “that wasn’t a contract”. I would like to hear from management what the policy is here and how to arrange to keep our rate fixed as promised.24Views0likes0Comments
