I got the same exact issue. So I called the customer service technical support. And the solution for the situation is to hold the reset button on the 5G modem for more than 5 seconds to start the factory reset on the gateway, after that, you will have to set up the gateway and it will reset everything to the original settings including the password.307Views0likes0Comments
