Same here, I had been trying to get this rebate since 5/23/21, originally told there was no promotion, submitted online and it still says pending. I’ve called 3 to 4 times about it, resubmitted documents on website and by email. Ultimately today they gave a $200 bill credit but still no real explanation of why they can’t process the request.
