Can't make any payments on T-Mobile website
I received the following text: T-Mobile: As part of your new My T-Mobile experience, your Autopay feature needs to be re-setup prior to your next bill cycle date. To avoid a service interruption, please login and re-setup your Autopay at <link>. However, when I go to the website and try to refill my account, I get the following error, displayed under the “Payment method” section: We are unable to process this payment transaction. Please visit a Retail Store to complete this transaction. The fields to input my payment information are disabled, so I cannot even attempt to make a payment. This is true regardless of whether I try to re-setup Autopay or even just make a one-time payment. I tried on two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) and got the same results. Why can’t I make my payment online? My cycle ends in a week.
Bill & Pay not working
Whenever I login, either on the mobile app or through the web, when I click on “bill & pay”, it NEVER loads. It just sits with a circle going around. I have tried reaching out to customer service and they have no idea why on their end. Has anyone had this happen and how were you able to resolve it (if you were able to)? Hi, I travel to the US occasionally and have a prepaid Sim with gold rewards status which I topup yearly to keep the account active. I just tried to topup again and have tried using several non-US issued credit cards (visa and master) but it shows a “card number is invalid Pls try again” message after I enter my credit card number. Any idea what's wrong? Thanks
tmobile website is horrible
The website is really horrible. i was trying to buy a watch and plan, its keep on showing me 404 error and when plan page open, the text is overlapped on each other.. it seems that no one is maintaining or care about digital experience or customers.. https://www.t-mobile.com/404
Prepaid top up with Irish card not accepted, but a random list of countries are accepted?
Hi, in the past I was able to use my Irish credit/debit cards to top up my T-Mobile prepaid account. This seems to have disappeared, and now there is a random list of countries whose cards are accepted for payment. My country, Ireland, is not on this list, although other Eurozone countries (Finland, France, Germany, Italy) are. Does anyone know why this changed, and is there any way for me top up using one of my own Irish cards, rather than asking a friend in one of the accepted countries to top up for me?
