My number has been cancelled
I’m out of US and haven't use my phone number, recently got an email my number is no longer my primary number. Yesterday I got a new email told me I must make a payment to refill my t-mobile account. But I can’t login to my account right now since my account number is cancelled. And I try use my email account to log in, the page says need link my phone number, so I still can’t log in. Can I get my phone number back? And how can I refill my account now?
