Amazing Customer Service - 10/28/24
Just want to give big kudos to Bailey who answered my call on the 611 line. He helpedme with changing my plan, the call took place around 3:30 (PST) on 10/28/24. Bailey was extremely helpful and patient with me! I rarely call with any issues regarding my phone/plan, but he was there to help, and it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time so thank you Bailey for being a real one and making my awfully boring day at the office much better! Rarely do I ever leave customer feedback but this experiencewas worth it to make a community account. Hope this gets passed along to him!
Exceptional Customer Service
I wanted to take a moment to thank my customer service supervisor Jeff today. I was dealing with an extremely confusing issue today. He took the time to sit with me on hold multiple times through Asurant twice, and apple once. Before finally we hit a wall and then taking the time to isolate the issue and then finally finding the answer. He’s amazing and while I didn’t get the opportunity to provide a survey response rating him excellent. I wanted to make sure it was recognized and seen. So thank you Jeff.
