Tmobile Scam and Fraud
DO NOT use T-Mobile. They rip off their customers and steal from you. FACTS - Did a promo where I had to trade in an iPhone. LIE 1 - They said I could drop my trade in at a T-Mobile store. The T-Mobile store denied it and said it had to be mailed. T-Mobile sent me a label and box and I mailed it via UPS. I kept getting notifications they hadn’t received my phone, even though the tracking showed it was delivered. LIE 2-4 - I spoke to three different representatives over this time, all who advised they had received the phone and to just ignore the warning messages. These are all documented. Finally, my credit goes away and the last Supervisor representative I spoke to accused me of lying and never sending the phone in and I was out of luck. Also, since this went on for over 60 days I can’t even file a claim with UPS. So I’m out a phone and my promo credits. In all about a $1000 loss from my pocket. Tmobile is a fraud and should be out of business.
Lines I didnt ask for.
T mobile has been charging me for over 18 months for lines I never requested. I just realized what was going on and cancelled the lines. I never used the lines the entire time I had my service. Now I want to be reimbursed for the lines due to me not asking for them. I can’t be the only person they’ve done this too.
Rebate is a fraud
I’ve switched carriers to T-Mobile since April 2023 and as of now I have not received my rebate card that was “authorized”. Every time I contact them everything is“perfect”on their side and I’ll be receiving a link for my rebate since the “previous one” that wasnever sent expired. I have been unable to view and/or download my itemized bill for the last two months. As my bills have been $30+ higher than previous, I want to know way. Several calls to CS! Offered to email me the bill - which wasn’t send. Second time I asked, I received a total owed of my current plan and equipment, not anything itemized to detail the additional charges. I was given a new weblink for my business account and it’s “under construction, check back in 24 hours” - same result everytime I check. I had a CSR tell me today that the charges are valid. What? I also found out today that there is NO LONGER a corporate office to escalate issues - it was closed in 2021. So, the lady that answers the corporate phone number will only be connecting you to a CSR or a DTE (dedicated t-mobile expert) which I could have done by dialing 611. She won’t tell you this information unless you ask. After this notice, I am filing with the BBB, FCC and the Attorney General.
