How to get a non-bot for support to transfer to AT&T
Tmobile has never worked well where I live (13 miles from their Bellevue, WA headquarters) so I’m switching back to A&T. When I call I get the message "The service you are attempting to use has been restricted or is unavailable. Please contact customer care for assistance.". So I try to use the chat but it is a bot that doesn’t understand the complex statement “Please help me transfer my phone to AT&T”. How can I get help transferring to AT&T?Solved230Views0likes3Comments
