anyone having trouble canceling Family Where? CS promises cancel & refund, but it keeps being added every month
Anyone having trouble canceling Family Where? CS promises cancel & refund, but it keeps being added every month. Did have the service at one time, but canceled when removed a number from plan. There is now only ONE phone line on this plan, so not only is the plan cancelled, it’s superfluous. Three calls to CS for each of 3 months says they will fix the issue. No fix. No refund of $10 monthly. Just supposed to believe they will make good on their promise? Anyone know FCC complaint process, or is BBB a better route to take?Solved270Views0likes3Comments
