I’m 99% confident that it’s an issue with UDP routing on their network. I subscribed to a VPN that lets me establish a TCP tunnel from my router to their server (basically, the entire time that the traffic is on the t-mobile network) and everything’s working great for me (except for the performance hit that comes from using the VPN).
