Outlook is your client, not your mail service. If all you need is a different SMTP server for outgoing mail, Google “Free SMTP” and you'll find dozens of options.
I also have my own domain, which includes email, which I purchase through my domain provider, Hostcentric. They offer an SMTP server I can use as part of my domain services. Who is the provider of your domain, and don't they have their own SMTP server for you to use?
