T-Life app locate not working
We got my son the syncup kids watch a year and a half ago, when he started school. It was okay when it had its own app, but since it was integrated into the t-life app it's not good. As of right now ...
I’m having the same problem. I agree that it needs to go back to a standalone app. I never had these problems on the other app!
I realized I was in the beta testing for the app, so I removed myself from the beta testing, Uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled it and the locate people function started working again. But it's constantly something with the app. The standalone does need brought back!
How did you make sure you were out of the Beta? I also uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the problem. But I don’t want to be a part of the Beta. I never signed up for it, but the customer service rep confirmed I was in it.
When you scroll down in the app store it should say if you're in the beta. If you are then you have to click the button to be removed. After I removed myself it said the beta program is full. Then I did the uninstall and reinstall to make sure the beta updates were off of the app completely.
