Honeywell T5

I have a Honeywell T5 thermostat RTH8800WF2022 that will not even recognize my wifi. Any suggestions?

    I finally got it connected! My son suggested making my phone's Hotspot the same name and password as my wifi. Get the thermostat to connect to my phone then turn off my Hotspot. The thermostat connected straight way to my wifi when I turned my Hotspot off.
