Delete autopay
Hello everyone, I would like help to disable the autopay of my phone contract. On the site, I could not find the way. Thanks a lot Maury
There should be a toggle when you go into paying your current bill. It will have pay now, need more time to pay, and autopay is on. You should be able to disable it from there. Disabling it will not allow you to remove all cards from your profile though.
If you want to remove the card from your account profile and ir's the only card in there. You will need to reach out to Customer Care at 611 or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.
