Power Cycling Franklin T9 Hotspot

FYI, I solved this problem by buying a 4G LTE router. I took the SIM out of the T9, dropped it in the router, and it “just worked”. The router powers up automatically when when plugged in so it will restart automatically after a power failure, and I can put it on a timer to power cycle it if I need to.
