Why Phone Bill Increase from $63 to $70
Why did my phone bill increase from $63 per month to $70 per month? This is a $7 per month increase that I cannot afford. I was receiving a senior citizen discount, and I would like to know why T-Mobile took that away from me. Also, with T-Mobile I only get ONE BAR and I had NO SERVICE while in Rochester NY from June 10 through June 24.
I am regularly up in Rochester, NY and have never had any issues with the service. Devices I have used up there are: OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 8T+ 5G, and a Samsung s23 Ultra. What device are you using?
Customer Care at 611 or sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter will get you an explanation for the extra $7 on your bill.
Seems like they have started charging a $7 late fee without notification. I’ve called and sent messages to get anyone to answer the simple question of when and why this charge occurred, but no direct answer. I’ve already began to look for other services.
