Why does my phone keep dropping the internet connection?
I have a V40 ThinQ android phone. It keeps dropping the internet connection. I can can get it connected again by turning the airplane mode on and then off again. It stays connected for a short time and then it drops again.
It’s an End of Life device from a company that exited the cell phone market a couple of years ago. Have you considered it just might be old and needs replacing?
I've been having the exact same problem and it's really ticking me off, especially since T-Mobile provides my cell phone service too. You would think it would work better than this! I have a Nokia 5.3 Android.
