On 7-12-23 I talked with the staff at the store here in Fond du Lac, WI. They said the issue was a tower problem. On 7-13-23 I talked with Robert in Kansas City with your Tech support.  Today I talked with Eric with Tech support in Nashville.  Both Robert and Eric confirmed the problem was not a tower problem.  The people at the store replaced the SIM card, and both Robert and Eric did different resets, I still cannot call or receive calls 100% of the time.  I have always had 5 full bars, and next to the bars is 5G UC.

   Around 7:30 pm central time I tried to get to your website but got error message 400.  Did your website go down?  This is the fifth day or having issues.  Please advise what is being done to resolve this issue.

    Unfortunately this is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
