Stuck on 2 or 3 bars?

 Anyone else live in a “dead zone” where they never get more than 3 bars without using home internet wireless?   I live in a heavily populated suburban county near Atlanta.  Also having lots of problems with my ISP with frequent outages---so when I lose home internet--I effectively lose the ability to use my phone for anything other than talking/texting.   Called customer care with Tmobile and their efforts were not successful.

    I have the same problem. Tmobile has been unresponsive for a couple of years now. If they can't (or won't) fix it, I probably have to change carriers.
