No internet/mobile service since 10am
Lost service around 10am today, changes from LTE to 5G and comes and goes doesn't stay 5G longer than 2 min. No service for hours. What's going on? Anyone else?
I live in TX it snowed on January 21st 2025 my service has not worked since then. This bill is high as hell and this service sucks!
Yes I'm having the exact same problem. Worked fine before 10am now I am only getting internet speeds of less than 1mb (barely enough to open a simple web page, let alone any app). I've tried restarting my device and resetting the network settings to no success. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.
