Laragest Network - I can't seem to make a call

I am visiting some friends in Washington State and I can't make a phone call, or send a text, or get the internet.  What the heck?  I thought T-Mobile has the largest coverage and it worked for the first 2 days I was here, now nothing.

HELP!!
