HELP! BILL CHARGE WRONG
Hi, I have been dealing with this horrible company for just about 7 months. I have pages of documents. When I say pages that is no lie. I have missed approximately 18+ days of work because we all know talking with somone and getting transfered several times take a lot of time. I try to get help and all I get is sorry we can't do that. I have people's names and ID#'s. Its unfortunate we can never talk with someone direct from the corporate office. Here's my small little rant. 5 lines $394? Hummm my bill was $320 /mo with everything how it got to that is crazy. I have totals well over$1,500 of overages being charged to my account oh that doesn't include the $576.61 that I was just charged today 12/20/24. Yes, my account has always been current. I've had 2 people one supervisor and one customer care representative yes i have names and id #'s, that stated yes I'll call you back tomorrow. The representative was over two weeks ago and the supervisor was over a week ago? Still no call back. Said they would be calling back today 12-20-24. Called back do to more over charges and have been on the phone for over 2 hours now. Don't contact me or call me unless you are from corporate!

I am having a similar issue! Ordered a phone back in Nov 2023 - it never arrived, they shipped a replacement, supposedly, that did not arrive so I cancelled. Went into Apple and purchased with my Apple credit card. Didn't even notice Tmobile has been charging us every month for the lost device for a over a year. I've been calling and spending hours on the phone once a week since. Never get calls back - no one can send confirmations of our conversations...what are our options here?! Currently owed about $450.00 AND COUNTING in wrongful charges on a device I didn't recieve from Tmobile!! Everytime I call, I have to give all the same documentation and information, what is the re-course for things like this, we are only able to post all over Better Business Bureau and their site? Not much good that seems to do - so I have to hire a lawyer to resolve this?

All billing related issues need to be addressed with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or by reaching out to the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or Twitter/X.

Came here for a similar issue. Ordered a new Iphone on 11/22 online. The phone never arrived (stolen in transit). I informed T-Mobile on 11/26 as soon as UPS told me they could not find the phone. I have been fighting with T-Mobile customer service since then to try to get a refund.
