Extremely Helpful

My husband and I just switched to T-Mobile internet and phone from Seaford, DE store.  Cristy went above and beyond the call of duty to get me switched over from Comcast.  It was so nice to do it face to face, instead of either receiving a menu or having to talk with a person whose first language is not English  over the phone.  She not only took the time to repeat the information several times but gave me notes to use for later.  We are over 70 and are not ignorant but are not tech savvy. It can be very stressful learning all new information but Cristy and Earl helped with that transition.  Thanks, JoAnne & Mike B.
