Degraded 5G in Wagoner, OK

Called tech support last night about degraded 5G.  Tech said the status was blinking red with a level 2 fault which is second only to a Nationwide outage. I was advised that engineers are working on the issue.  Storm must have taken out some equipment.  PLEASE expedite! for safety of your community’s sakes as the recent storms need to be monitored due to the violent nature of same.  With inability to resolve data stream timely, or even not at all, tornado and storm tracking is of no or little use.
