Does T-Mobile offer the CHAT feature? If not, can you please request that this feature is available on the website. It is much easier to deal with customer service via Chat vs. Phone Call. Thanks!...
its usually available when it isnt backed up with people. you can also contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 agents.
