5G service Sux

My T-Mobile service SUX... I keep having this issues for last 4 months.. The 5G keeps dropping calls or can't send text.. or no internet or my device is not registered.. This 5G really sux. Never had this problem till 4 months go and ever since T-Mobiletook over sprint my phone is been acting up with issues. I keep getting this symbol 🚫 every times my 5G disappear for 3 to 4 minutes. I wonder if anyone is having  this issues. Also T-Mobile stores keep sending me to different TECH. Now T-Mobile what's going on the excuse I keep getting is Tower Tower Tower.. I need help and fast before I cancel my service after 21 years of loyal customer.. HELP
