3G/4G LTE CellSpot and 3G service
I have a 3G phone which my mother uses. She stays at home now because of the pandemic and only uses the phone at home. I also have a tmobile Cellspot which supports 3G. As of July 1, 3G is not sup...
there were delays..once they shut down 3G your moms phone wont work for calls or anything..your cellspot should still work since its also 4G however any phone that is not 5G capable must have VoLTE capabilities or it will only be able to send/receive MMS texts (pics and group texts) and 4G data only. regular texts use the voice side of things which is over the 3G side.
