Terrible!!!
T-Mobile is crap, besides not working in many places, they simply cut my line because my card didn't work, but they didn't send me a message, letter or call to let me know that there was a payment er...
I recently got my credit card number pilfered and was issued a new one. I forgot to update it in my account and the payment didn't go through and I received a text and email letting me know to update to avoid any added fees.
