Remove 3rd Party

How do I remove the Audible App charges I dont even use it and Ive been getting billed for it. I called customer service a month ago and they gave me a credit back for a few months and apprently had cancled the service. Yet its still being billed. I hate Tmobiles Customer Service. Trying to manage 3rd party charges on the my account page is so hidden. Help please.
