T-mobile Customer service is Fraud
Hello All, Basically what title says ! I have been t-mobile customer from 2022! My friend joined the group from sometime in 2023, I have been asking t-mobile from last 6 months to give me the bil...
If you're the primary account holder you should be able to see everything on the account and make changes in your MyTmobile account. You can also change the settings to receive paper bills.
yeah so the problem is t-mobile only allows you to see the bills as old as 18 months back !
Nothing older then that !
I requested 6 bills prior to 18 months and they charged me $5 per month told me that they will send the re-prints,
but I never got them !!
Customer service people are scamming big time !
