Billing Cycle Starts before device is shipped & received
I have requested a new 5G Home internet on 12/13/2024 and the devices was received on 12/20/2024 and activated on 12/21/2024 but T-Mobile created a bill starting from 12/14/2024 which is stealing mon...
Billing starts from the time the order is processed/placed. This is how the system works. T-Mobile does not bill for partial billing cycles so having the service, even for 3 days, will result in a full month billed.
