TM kiosk in COSTCO and COSTCO egift card
Funny you bring this up. We did 5 phones and have NEVER had such an awful time. I too had the $200 per line, I check rebate status and it says UP TO $150. Not to mention the rep we interacted with at the kiosk blatantly lied. Like bold face. More than once. Called tmobile CS. After 3 HOURS across 2 calls, and then a 3rd - never received a call from management despite every rep noting I requested it on the account. We're still not close to having our bill the way it should be and I anticipate another call in the future once the credits are done (mind you the credits weren't at the value we were informed of either). Incredibly frustrating. Having the $200/line costco rebate was the only thing that was making this somewhat tolerable. So, long story short. We're still waiting too.
