Current Usage report not capturing all Text numbers
I look at my Current Usage report daily for my business. Just recently on one of our Android line it is no longer capturing ALL text numbers. It is now only showing short text numbers. Does anyone...
When textsed numbers, sent or received, show up as short cides. The person texting is using What'sApp, Signal, Facebook Messenger SnapChat or another app to send texts instead of the usual SMS/MMS app.
